What do you like most about your job?
I get to create amazing food with amazing team and feed the community.
What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
Always learning and always teaching in the kitchen.
What would you do for a career if you weren’t doing this?
Probably be a kindergarten teacher.

Favorite place to be is my kitchen at home.
