They have some creative team names\, great team jerseys\, and lots of fun and camaraderie raising money for wonderful causes. This year\, they will have a few adjustments to our structure\, but hopefully the same sense of community as they bring together runners for several different charities. \nThis year\, the entry fees will be split in half – $15 going directly to your team charity of choice\, and $15 going into the “pot” for racing. Indy Runners will divide up “winnings” to each team based on standard cross-country scoring using the Age Graded Percent which levels the playing field across both age and gender. Everyone will be in one big division for racing! \nAnchor Charities\nThe challenges presented by COVID-19 have been felt by all of us in various ways. This year\, Indy Runners aims to be intentional in promoting a few of the areas hit hardest by the impact of this virus. At the same time\, they felt they could get people excited about supporting the idea and good cause.
